Overview

Product Management requires the ability and vision to guide ideas into concrete, quality products for the consumers. The Product Management in Action workshop develops the responsibilities, skill sets, empathy and understanding of a Product Manager, so as to make an ideal connect between the Technical Team, Non-Technical team and the eventual end users.

This five-day course is designed to guide the participants mastering the skills to create and deliver best Products by learning required tools and processes. The participants gains the ability to better understand, predict and analyze the market environment, enhance their organizational capabilities, as well as predict the evolving needs and demands.
