Kanban Coaching Professional Masterclass is a Leadership and Coaching course for anyone looking ahead in leading a change initiative, at their organisation and customer place. The outcome of this masterclass is educated Coaches, Consultants and Managers with the mindset and knowledge to lead successful Kanban implementation. Kanban results in improved culture of service delivery, adapting continuous fitness-for-purpose and increasing the adaptive capability.

This five-day masterclass focuses on change, developing deep understanding of the Kanban method, evolutionary change adoption via Proto-Kanban implementation, service-oriented organisation design, risk management and various consulting tools. This helps participant and organisation in developing a common language to understand the work by applying logics in problems of selection, sequencing, scheduling, capacity allocation, hedging and achieving the flow in delivering projects.

The course is taught with a real world examples that involves participants to see the psychology, sociology, social psychology, politics and organisational dynamics of change. Participants join in a series of group exercises, analysing case studies from the field. A new way of thinking is developed about leading change and implementing Kanban.
