Prashant J. Mavinkare is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant providing training, coaching and mentoring services to companies to gain business outcomes like quality, value, and continuous flow.

He works with leaders who recognize the value in creating engaged, autonomous and creative teams. He offers coaching support to help them develop a culture of reflection and empowerment that helps create productive, mindful and motivated teams.

He is a leader of Agile Network India community and an organizer of global conference Agile Gurugram (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019), Agile Mumbai (2019) and Lean Kanban India (2015, 2016, 2017). He also contributes towards community by organizing meetups, webinars under various meetup groups like Scaling Agile Institute, Agile Leadership & Management Network, Limited WIP Society hosted at different companies and colleges.
