Ensure removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and managed within the timebox
Facilitate in implementing tools & techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
Guide the Scrum Team in understanding the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
Facilitate in establishment of empirical product planning for a complex environment
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum Framework adoption
Plan and advise Scrum implementations within the organization
Coach employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams collaboration, and from various other aspects
What are we looking for?
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Excellent presentation skills,to be able to deliver various Scrum trainings
In-depth knowledge about Agile and Scrum practices and passion to excel
Experience of leading a team of 15-20 team members in an Agile environment
Experience of working in multi-geo, mti-culture and offshore environments
Experience of working with Agile tools and techniques like Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Rally, VersionOne and others
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans
Ability to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities
Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items.
